Plot summary
The life of John DeLorean is told on two tracks. One is documentary: interview subjects connected to his story speak about the man himself. The other is acted, with a cast playing out certain important scenes from his story, John DeLorean among the figures in them. Cameras also follow the making of those scenes, and the cast and crew give their views on DeLorean while out of character. Interview subjects for the documentary portions include performers from the production as well as people who were part of his world. The subject running through both halves is his rise to stardom as an automaker.
