Plot summary
Misuzu Moritani has trouble interacting with the people in her class, and she grows flustered when a classmate tries to speak with her. She has an ability she sometimes uses to escape troublesome social situations: for three minutes, she can bring time to a halt. The paused minutes also let her watch the people around her, and one day she chooses to observe her classmate, the class idol Haruka Murakami. As she watches the suspended world, Misuzu sees that Haruka is somehow able to move despite the stopped time. Misuzu, who has long avoided the world around her, then begins to see more of it, with Haruka at her side.
