Plot summary
Vista Pacific Airlines flight 7500 takes off from Los Angeles bound for Tokyo Haneda on an overnight trip across the Pacific. In the cabin are Lyn and Jack, Brad and Pia, Rick and Liz, Raquel, Jacinta and Jake. A businessman, Lance Morrell, keeps a strange wooden box with him. The flight attendants, Laura and Suzy, see to the passengers, and Suzy presses Laura about her secret relationship with Pete, the married captain. A few hours into the flight, turbulence shakes the plane and a supernatural force makes itself felt on board. The radio stops working, and Pete cannot reach Tokyo air traffic controllers.
