Plot summary
MotoGP is the top level of motorcycle road racing: twenty-four riders contest sixteen races on five continents. Cameras follow the 2001 and 2002 seasons from track to track, sitting in on television interviews and capturing the personality clash between Valentino Rossi and Max Biaggi, who lock horns on and off the bike. Veteran riders and former world champions, among them Mick Doohan, Kevin Schwantz, Kenny Roberts and Barry Sheene, add their accounts. Dr. Claudio Costa travels with the riders, mending broken bones and judging whether a damaged body can go back out. Garry McCoy brakes into corners with his rear tire spinning, breaking the rules of riding yet still setting fastest laps and winning races.
