Farmer of the Year (2018) on Netflix

Plot summary

Hap Anderson, a Minnesota farmer, sells the family farm and finds himself adrift. He is a widower who still considers himself a ladies' man, and a 65th WWII reunion in California gives him a destination. He means to arrive with an old flame and impress his former army buddies. His granddaughter Ashley, who has no direction and no shortage of confidence, travels with him. They drive west in a dilapidated Winnebago, passing oddball tourist attractions and meeting eccentric characters along the way. The two travel with different agendas and different troubles, and the situations they run into leave them with only each other for support.
