Plot summary
Matías and Jerónimo are friends in childhood, and in the holiday before high school they experience a sexual attraction to each other. Circumstances then separate them: Matías's father accepts a job very far away. As young adults, more than ten years later, they meet again, and Matías returns for carnival with his girlfriend and finds Jerónimo in his old town. The feelings of that earlier time slowly reappear between them, and the story follows their complicated relationship, the unspoken sexual tension between them and internalized homophobia.
