Plot summary
Ulises wakes up one day to find that his girlfriend, Alma, is missing. He starts an intense search for her, and that search turns up hidden sides of her life, sides tied to the time the two of them spent together. Following what he learns, he investigates a professor of hers and the hold that a book by Borges had on her. Alma's twin sister, Bianca, then appears. The circumstances around him escalate quickly, and Ulises commits a crime in order to find Alma again.
