Dragon Nest: Warriors' Dawn (2014) on Netflix

Plot summary

Long ago humans and elves drove the beasts and dragons into the Dark Mountains. With that enemy gone, the two peoples fell to fighting each other, and no one noticed the beasts uniting under the sleeping Black Dragon Karas, whose power sits in a gem set in his chest. Lambert, a young human, and his dogs One and Two are nearly killed by a beast band and rescued by the adventurers Barnac, Geraint and Argenta. In the kingdom of Saint Heaven, the elven princess Nerwin and her companion Liya have come to ask the king for an alliance. Lambert meets Liya, and together with the adventurers they hold off beasts attacking the city until Velskud's Imperial Knights restore order. The king agrees to the alliance.
