Dragon Ball Z: Broly - Second Coming (1994) on Netflix

Plot summary

A Saiyan space pod crashes on Earth, and the wounded Broly crawls out. He slumps unconscious, repeating the name Kakarot, and the crater freezes around him. Seven years pass. Gohan has grown up, Goten has been born, and Goku is dead. Goten joins Trunks and Videl in a search for the Dragon Balls. In a village, the three find people living under the demands of a shaman who says a monster must be appeased with human sacrifice, and they agree to help. Their plan is to lure the creature out. When Goten's crying sounds across the countryside, the noise reaches the frozen Saiyan, and Broly opens his eyes.
