Plot summary
Macy and her boyfriend Chase hike into a remote wooded area of East Tennessee, where Chase plans to propose. Separated from her, he meets a large woman in a porcelain doll mask burying a headless corpse, and she attacks him with a shovel. Macy runs into the masked woman, who chases her through the forest and captures her. She wakes in a crib inside a nursery in the woman's secluded house. Another man is held captive in a neighboring room and tells her to obey the woman's game and hunt for a key. The woman, Dolly, forces Macy into childlike roleplay meant to remake her into a baby.
