Diary of a Spy (2022) on Netflix

Plot summary

Anna has spent years in Saudi Arabia as an intelligence officer, and when the other members of her cell are killed, the blame for the deaths falls on her, deserved or not. Her pay goes to drink and other addictions, and she is broke and alone. A new assignment promises enough money to live comfortably for the rest of her life: she is to become close to Camden, who tutors a Saudi princess named Fatma, and gather intelligence through him. As she draws nearer to her target, Anna finds the job harder to handle than she expected, and she has to choose between the mission she was given and her own survival.
