Plot summary
Billy Walker has served his time and goes back to El Paso. His mother, Grace, is sick with liver failure, and she sits far down the transplant list. Every legal route to a new liver has closed. Grace is the one person who never turned away from Billy, so he means to save her himself. Other options exist across the border, outside legal channels. The Juarez Cartel takes an interest in what he is doing.
