Plot summary
A habitable planet orbits a star that lies beyond a dangerous wormhole. The Alphas and the Rebels, two sides locked in a war fought on Earth and in outer space, mysteriously set their differences aside and send one joint mission to explore the planet. That expedition travels aboard the starship Scylla. Political intrigue and treachery soon trouble the Scylla's crew, putting the mission at risk and the lives of everyone aboard with it.
