Plot summary
Casey Jacobs spends most of her time online, and this evening she is in her bedroom, listening to music and talking with her friend Megan Turner, who is getting ready for a date. She learns that her ex-boyfriend Nathan has mocked her use of antidepressants on Twitter, and Megan asks their friend Alex to hack his account in return, which he refuses to do. A message then arrives that appears to be from Alex, with a link that would let Casey strike back. She takes it, and the person typing soon sounds nothing like him. The hacker claims to help the targets of online abuse, and tells Casey she is the one causing it.

- Maisie Williams, who played Casey Jacobs, was herself a target of cyberbullying after she was cast as Arya Stark in Game of Thrones, receiving messages calling her "stuck up" and saying she thought she was "too good for everyone else".
- To make the script accurate to contemporary teenage life, writer/director Ben Chanan consulted Maisie Williams and his own teenage daughter so that any "Dad-isms" were ironed out of it.
