Plot summary
Vic Cooper is a U.S. Customs agent whose personnel file notes he has trouble separating his undercover identities from his own life. A recommendation that he stay off active duty is set aside by Lieutenant Brian Margate, who clears him for work. Cooper thinks drugs are being flown into Miami, and he goes to a drop zone pretending to want lessons. Star gives him a tour of the camp and brings him to the jump team. Red Line leads that team and is considered the best skydiver in the world.
