Plot summary
A mafia drug lord puts a new stimulant on the streets. Called HT25, it is drawn from sharks held captive in a secret laboratory, it is highly addictive, and it causes monstrous side effects. Extracting the drug leaves the sharks themselves mutated, and the changes do not stay inside the lab. An explosion and a leak tear the facility open, and an army of mutated, bloodthirsty creatures, sharks among them, gets out into the world.
