Plot summary
Tromaville High School sits beside a nuclear power plant in New Jersey. When an accident at the plant causes a radioactive leak, owner Mr. Paley hides it to keep the facility open. The runoff reaches the school's drinking fountain, and a student named Dewey dies. The Cretins, a gang that once belonged to the honor society, now torment the school; they harvest radioactive marijuana from the plant's yard and sell it to Eddie for ten dollars. Eddie throws an indoor bikini beach party that night, where he pressures Warren and Warren's girlfriend Chrissy to smoke the joint. It falls and is trampled before others can try it. The drug proves to have aphrodisiac effects, and Warren and Chrissy have sex in Eddie's loft, then endure nightmares of mutating.
