Circumstances 2: The Chase (2020) on Netflix

Plot summary

Keyshawn Watson and T.A. Smith have targets on their backs from gangsters in Milwaukee and from personnel at the F.B.I., with death or a long federal sentence as the likely outcome. Li Chan, a bureau agent who has gone bad, gives them the advantage they need, and for a time their position holds. Then a series of brutal murders stirs the city's top officials, who press the F.B.I. to close its fieldwork and bring the pair to justice. Chan's partner, Greg Daley, decides to take matters into his own hands. What began as a pursuit of money becomes a chase to keep their lives and their freedom.
