Plot summary
Emmy Jones is a New York socialite. She wrote a book that claims she lives on an Australian farm, and a publisher is preparing to release it. The identity Emmy used to sell the book is not her own. The publisher and her son believe the author is Australian, and they plan to travel to Australia to see the country life the book describes. The farm belonged to Emmy's mother, who has died. Emmy rushes there ahead of the visit.
