Plot summary
Sheriff China O'Brien keeps the peace in Beaver Creek, Utah, a town the state has named its safest community. Charlie Baskin, a drug kingpin who escaped from custody, makes the town his hideout. Baskin wants revenge on Frank Atkins, an ex-associate who testified against him and lives in Beaver Creek with drug money he embezzled, which Baskin wants back. When Baskin and his men start terrorizing Frank, China and her deputies Matt Conroy and Dakota step in to fend them off.
