Plot summary
Craig, an auto mechanic, loses his job and cannot cover his rent. Rather than go home to his wife and child with the news, he stops at a dive bar, where he runs into Vince, a friend from high school. A wealthy couple, Colin and Violet, hear about his money trouble. It is Violet's birthday, and Colin offers the two men cash for tasks performed to entertain her. The first is a fifty dollar wager over which of them drinks a poured shot first. The payouts climb from there, and the dares ask more of Craig and Vince as the evening goes on.
