Plot summary
Rick and Virginia Sims share a simple, spiritual life, and an unexpected pregnancy brings them a daughter, Dalana. Rick ends up raising the girl by himself, and she is all that matters to him. As Dalana grows up she wants a life of her own, apart from her father. Rick, determined not to lose her, decides he will do whatever it takes to keep her with him.
