Plot summary
A man wakes inside a car stopped in a forest, the engine still running and the cabin thick with carbon monoxide. Three other men sit around him, and at first they look like corpses. All four are shackled. He fights the restraints until he can shut the engine off, and one by one the others stir. None of them knows the rest, and none can say how they got there. They compare their last memories, hunting for a link between them, and suspicion and quarrels take hold.
