Plot summary
Steve Rogers sketches a portrait of Mrs. Shaw, who complains that muggers have been stealing the proceeds from cashed Social Security checks. Dr. Simon Mills is searching for a missing scientist, Professor Ian Ilson, and believes a revolutionary calling himself Miguel is holding him and forcing him to resume research in manipulative gerontology. Mills sends Rogers as Captain America to find Ilson. His only lead is a chemical the professor needs for the formula, and he follows it to a small town, where men tell him to leave.
