Plot summary
Amity is a quiet summer resort town, and its police force wants the crime gone from its streets. The officers decide that the town's prostitutes should base themselves at the police station, with the women taking on police duties so their cover holds. Mayor Davies hires Captain Mary Mae to head the station, and for her the phrase vice squad takes on a new sense.
