Plot summary
On her eighteenth birthday, Tiffany meets her father Brian outside St. Mary's Prep, where he brings a gift. Her mother Debrah and stepfather Calvin arrive with the car Tiffany wanted, to Brian's dismay. Brian complains about it to Madea, Joe, Aunt Bam, and Hattie, who tease him for giving Tiffany headphones. Tiffany and Gabriella talk Jonathan and Dino into inviting them to a Halloween party at Lake Derrick, the site of murders fifteen years before. Brian throws Tiffany a surprise party, and when Tiffany, Gabriella, and Leah ask Debrah for permission to attend the lake party, she agrees. Madea overhears and tells Brian, who lets Tiffany go, so Madea sets out for Lake Derrick with Joe, Aunt Bam, and Hattie to bring the girls back.
