Trailer

Plot summary

Brian Deneke is 19 and lives in Amarillo, Texas. He is part of the punk scene there and works as a show promoter, arranging gigs for touring punk bands at a shabby venue in town. Many local teenagers follow punk music and the subculture around it, and they regularly come up against the jocks of the Tascosa Rebels, a football team at one of the local high schools. The punks also clash with a wealthier rival clique. That feud leads to a hate crime, and the case afterward raises hard questions about justice in America. Amarillo's nuclear weapons facilities earned the city the nickname Bomb City.
