Bibi Blocksberg (2002) on Netflix

Plot summary

In the town of Neustadt, the young witch Bibi Blocksberg has saved two children from a fire with a little witching. Her mother Barbara, herself a witch, is proud; her father Bernhard, who dislikes the attention his family's magic brings him at work, is not. Because of the rescue, the Witch Council plans to give Bibi the Witch's Ball, an honor usually reserved for witches of fifteen, and Walpurgia, the senior witch, sends word of it. Bibi flies off to the Blocksberg, the witches' headquarters, for the ceremony. There the evil witch Rabia, aging and miserable, resents the honor given to a girl raised among humans, and to her youth, and vows to take her revenge on the Blocksberg family.
