- Nestor Carbonell tore his achilles tendon while filming the chase scene for The Big Vancouver, but skipped immediate surgery and stayed on until principal photography finished using a walking boot; only a few scenes involving his character Snydes had to be rewritten.
- Director Allan Ungar said the shooting schedule was cut from 32 days to 21, but the production still shot 200 scenes across 95 sets and locations, which often had him directing three units at once, sometimes with Nestor Carbonell's help.
- Bandit was originally to be shot in Vancouver and Ottawa, but the COVID-19 pandemic moved most of the production to Georgia, where crews were spotted around Valdosta in May and June 2021.
