Plot summary
Julia Wilson is an accomplished pastry chef from Chicago. She is assembling a Christmas cookbook of recipes gathered from across the country, and one is still missing: the gingerbread from a small-town Wisconsin bakery known for it. Kris Thompson owns that bakery. He is charming but private, and he keeps his recipe to himself. Julia comes to town to complete her book, which means getting Kris to share it.
