Plot summary
Twenty-eight days with the demon Naphula cost Ava her job, her friends and her boyfriend, and now she faces possible jail time. Her parents, her sister Jillian and Jillian's fiancé Roger want her to accept a plea deal rather than be committed, and she ends up in a rehabilitation program for people who have been exorcised. Tony runs it and tells her to take the sessions seriously or risk being possessed again, and at the meetings she meets Hazel, who misses her own demon. Ava wants to know what happened during the month she cannot remember, including the origin of a bloodstain in her apartment, and an engraved watch gives her one lead.
