Astronaut: The Last Push (2012) on Netflix

Plot summary

Life One, a spacecraft built by Moffit Industries, carries two astronauts, Nathan Miller and Michael Forrest, on the first crewed expedition to Jupiter's moons. The route runs around Venus and past Earth to build speed toward Europa, and the two are meant to sleep through six years of hibernation. Midway through the first leg, the ship's proximity sensors sound and an impact wakes Michael. He escapes and seals the damaged capsule, with Nathan still inside it. The habitation module he reaches leaks oxygen, and he repairs it. Michael contacts mission control; apart from the capsule and engine control, the ship is intact. He keeps up regular status reports and works on the repairs alone, and the engines have to fire as Life One swings past Venus, or the ship stays in orbit there.
