Plot summary
Billie lives in Los Angeles and has earned a black belt in karate. A local gangster called Scarface singles her out as his target. After her grandparents are brutally assaulted and left badly hurt, Billie decides to handle the matter herself. She goes after Scarface and the thugs who surround him, putting the martial arts knowledge she has to use against them.
