He takes the name John Hull and moves into a cheap hotel, posing as a drug dealer who buys and sells cocaine. The network he is meant to climb belongs to Anton Gallegos, the West Coast's largest importer of the drug, whose uncle Hector Guzmán is a South American politician. His way in starts with David Jason, a lawyer and drug trafficker who wants to move into synthetic drugs and runs his money through an art dealership.
