Plot summary
Sarah is looking after Tia and Timmy on Halloween night. When trick-or-treating is over, an old, unmarked VHS tape turns up in the children's candy bag, and Sarah and the two of them watch it together. A homicidal clown named Art is the figure who links the tape's three stories. In the first of them, Art drugs and kidnaps Casey, a young woman who is waiting at a train station. She wakes to find herself chained in a room alongside two other women, Kristen and Sara. Once Tia and Timmy are in bed, Sarah keeps watching the tape by herself.
