Plot summary
Poppy is a graduate student in social work who sets out to make a film about homelessness in Los Angeles, shooting it with friends. The project turns into something else when they meet Alistair, a man who claims to be a soldier from the First World War and to have arrived in the present day. He speaks of a wife he left behind in 1918 and of wanting to get back to her.
