Plot summary
Joseph Collins has just inherited a dilapidated boarding house from his late mother. Before he can begin cleaning it, a family arrives looking for a place to stay: Charlie, his wife Rhonda, and their teenage daughter Daphne. They pay in cash and settle into the rundown property, which sits in one of the worst parts of Los Angeles. Joseph, an ex-con, cannot understand why such a cheerful family would choose this neighborhood for a vacation. What he does not know is that his new guests are aliens hiding their true identities. Their idea of a good time is to go out on the town, kill the criminals and thugs they find on the streets, and then bring the body parts home to snack on.
