Plot summary
Worlds End takes place at the Nassau Coliseum in Uniondale, New York, on Long Island. The Continental Classic, a twelve-man round-robin tournament run across weeks of television, reaches its final. Eddie Kingston and Jon Moxley meet there; Kingston puts two of his championships on the line and the inaugural Continental Championship is also at stake, the three held together as the American Triple Crown Championship. In the main event, MJF defends the World Championship against Samoa Joe, who wanted to face a healed MJF in the champion's hometown, with Adam Cole in MJF's corner.

- Omega was legitimately diagnosed with diverticulitis two days after The Golden Jets called out champions Ricky Starks and Big Bill, taking him out of action indefinitely and canceling their title match at Worlds End.
- Kingston pinned Moxley to win the AEW Continental Championship, becoming the inaugural American Triple Crown Champion and the first man in AEW to hold three titles simultaneously.
- Worlds End was the last AEW match for both Andrade and Miro: Andrade left the company immediately after the event (though he returned in October 2025), and Miro was not used on AEW programming again before his contract expired in February 2025.
