A White, White Day (2019) on Netflix

Plot summary

Ingimundur is a police chief in a remote Icelandic town, and since his wife died in a car accident he has been away from the job. He attends grief counseling, though he goes reluctantly. Much of his time goes into a farm building he is renovating for his daughter Elín and her family, and he often minds Elín's daughter Salka. When Elín gives him some of her mother's belongings, he comes across a video that appears to show his wife with a local man named Olgeir Olafsson.
