Plot summary
Mandy's craft and hobby store takes in donations for a book drive, and one of them is an old copy of A Christmas Carol. Inside are a letter to Santa written seventy years earlier and a valuable coin. Mandy wants to find the book's owner and return everything, and Jonah, the contractor who came upon the book first and gave it away, helps her. They follow the clues together, and the search brings them closer to the letter's author and to each other. Christmas is coming, and Mandy hopes to return the book, the letter and the coin to their owner in time for the holiday.
