Plot summary
Ho runs a counterfeiting operation in Hong Kong with his best friend, Mark Lee, for their boss, Mr. Yiu. Ho's younger brother, Kit, is a police cadet, and the business is kept secret from him. Because their father is ailing, Ho promises to leave the gang after one last deal. Mr. Yiu asks Ho to take a subordinate named Shing along on a trip to Taiwan to meet a local mob. Kit's connection to a gangster brother weighs on his standing as a young officer. Ho wants to go straight after the deal, yet his ties to the gang are not so easy to cut.
