Plot summary
Octave Parango is a young advertiser at the Ross & Witchcraft advertising agency in Paris in 2001. The job is easy and highly paid, and his free life is mainly drugs and random one-time sexual encounters. Cynicism, irresponsibility and debauchery rule his days. He grows weary of the work. The agency puts him on a campaign for a new brand of yogurt, and the obstacles he meets while developing it push him to think about what his work means and about how he deals with the people close to him. Sophie, a fellow worker at the agency, becomes his first long-lasting relationship.
