Plot summary
A narcotics officer working a drug raid comes upon a voodoo priest called Dr. Death, who is chanting as the two meet. Shots are fired, and both men are killed in the exchange. They are buried, and both come back, climbing out of their graves as zombies. Dr. Death returns with a single purpose, to rule the world. The officer, now a zombie himself, turns to the police buddies he once worked with and asks them to help him stop the priest.
