Woo (1998) on Netflix

Plot summary

Woo lives in New York City and has a talent for turning men into mush, though none of them stay. Celestrial, her psychic friend, announces that a tall, debonair Virgo is about to arrive in her life, and Woo does not believe it. Claudette, Woo's cousin, and Claudette's boyfriend Lenny had planned to spend the evening alone, but they end up entertaining Woo. Lenny asks his best friend, Tim Jackson, a shy law clerk, to take her out. Woo pays the mismatch little mind until she hears that Tim is a Virgo; then she decides fate arranged it and goes to his apartment. Tim, who cannot believe his luck, gets tips on romance from Darryl, his neighbor.
