Plot summary
Tyler's girlfriend's family takes over his Manhattan apartment, so he agrees to join his friend Johnny for a guys' weekend in the Catskill Mountains. While they wait for Johnny's friends, the two push their car down a road. The group arrives in a truck with Pete, whose birthday the weekend marks. One of the men greets Tyler as Tyrel. Tyler finds he is the only Black man there. On the first night he says he is tired and goes to bed early, and Johnny calls him a wet blanket.
