Plot summary
A plane crash strands a small boy in Tonga, and a fish eats his father. In a dojo there he trains until he earns the name Tongan Ninja. His master then sends Sione Finau to New Zealand to help the master's brother, whose Chinese restaurant is in trouble. The mysterious Mister Big wants the place shut and its staff frightened, so he unleashes a series of attackers on it, among them a knife wielder, a gunman, and the seductive Action Fighter, who appears to know a great deal about Sione. The film is a parody of martial arts movies dubbed into English, with a story that leans on Way of the Dragon.
