Plot summary
A cameraman, Jake Cassevetes, has just come home from Iraq, where U.S. forces embedded him during the invasion. Much of the best footage he shot there was censored by the network, and he is growing unhappy with his employers. In New York he befriends a boy and gets to know the boy's mother, Tina Santiago, a young widow who lost her husband in Iraq. The network sends him to film the protests around the Republican National Convention.
