Plot summary
At BlackWhite Castle in the United Kingdom lives the Earl of Cockwood, a gangster who raises pugs and, less openly, smuggles girl groups. In the woods nearby, a tourist couple from Bitterfeld loses its way and sees a truck run down the Monk with the whip. Behind the wheel is the Wixxer, a gangster in a skull mask who is having London's criminals killed so that he can take the underworld for himself. Scotland Yard hands the case to Chief Inspector Even Longer, whose partner Rather Short was one of the Wixxer's victims, and assigns Inspector Very Long to work with him. The two begin their inquiries at the Earl's castle.
