Plot summary
The small town is quiet and little happens there, until a thief in a clown mask robs its bank of half a million dollars in Indian casino money. John Parker, a former police detective, is accused of the theft. Ray DeCarlo, a police detective, leads the search and takes up a high-speed pursuit along the narrow roads through the mountains to catch him. Parker says he had no part in the robbery and turns for help to Natalie Wright, who was once married to DeCarlo.
