The Space Between (2021) on Netflix

Plot summary

In 1996 Los Angeles, Micky Adams is a 1970s singer-songwriter who has burned out and lost his hold on reality, and the label that has him under contract wants to drop him along with the unusual albums he has been making. Charlie Porter works in that label's mailroom and wants out of it, so he offers to travel to Montecito and get the musician to sign away his contract. Micky's home, which he calls 'Xanadont', is a bizarre place, and so is Micky, who invites Charlie in with attitude, overgrown hair and a beard, then takes him wandering through trees with a llama. Micky's daughter Julia Adams is at the house too.
